Why We Started Phonics

Phonics Digital wasn’t created because the world needed another marketing agency.

It was created because too many businesses were being sold digital marketing they didn’t understand.

For years, I watched business owners invest thousands of pounds in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and SEO without ever really knowing where their money was going or whether it was actually working. Reports were full of jargon, meetings were filled with technical terms, and clients were expected to trust the process without understanding it.

I didn’t think that was right.

That’s why Phonics Digital was built on one simple belief: If you can’t explain it simply, you probably don’t understand it well enough yourself.
